Epic Cols FAQS


Delivery times
We aim to print, ship and deliver Art Prints in 7 working days to the UK and Mainland Europe. Outside of these areas, delivery times will vary depending on the country.
All Epic Cols orders are shipped using tracked services. You will receive a tracking number from our logistics provider when it has shipped.

Order Cancellations

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Epic Cols (Epic Cols ltd ), for a full refund.
 Order Cancellations must be made in writing and within 2hrs of the order being placed. This is due to automated processes which can not be undone after this time. Requests must be made to store@epiccols.com with info@theprintspace.co.uk included. Please include “EPIC COLS ORDER CANCELLATION” in the title of the email.


Print Returns
 As Prints are printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns for Prints or Prints which have been framed once they have been despatched. All prints are visibly checked before shipping to the customer.
Other Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt. However, delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period or where the goods are faulty and a refund is made. Please see the paragraph above detailing that you must bear the charge of returning any items to us.
Items missing from your parcel
The customer must inform us if there are any items missing from your parcel within 24 hours of the parcel being delivered. Failing to do so will mean that Epic Cols (Epic Cols ltd ) will not be able to compensate the customer in any way.
